The spandex does a few things that I really love about this sheet set.

In my experience, bamboo based bedding does tend to be extra wrinkly. So for those of you who really don’t like to iron or really just prioritize a wrinkle-free look, this bedding might be right up your alley.

The thing that’s really great about Jersey sheets, especially for hot sleepers, is they have this really light and breathable t-shirt type feel, that, in my experience, comes in great handy in the summertime.
Most Jersey sheets are woven from 100% cotton, but these are made from a blend of cotton and tensile.
The tensile is bringing a little extra smoothness to the game, but also introducing these wonderful moisture wicking properties, which is going to be particularly beneficial for those of you prone to night sweats.
One of my favorite things about this sheet set is how affordable it is. From $60 to $80, this is gonna be a great pick for sleepers on a budget.
Casper Cooling Linen Sheets
We can’t talk about cooling sheets without talking about linen.

Do Egyptian cotton sheets keep you cool?
While it’s true that Egyptian cotton is widely regarded as a superior type of cotton, because it’s extra soft and durable, it’s not necessarily going to keep you cool. That largely depends upon weave style.
Keep in mind that in general a percale weave is gonna keep you cooler because it’s more light and breathable. Sateen bedding tends to be a little bit heavier in weight and more warming.
Are linen sheets good for hot sleepers?
The answer is absolutely. Linen bedding is one of the best options for hot sleepers because it’s super breathable and naturally moisture wicking. It’s also very durable, one of the most durable textiles in the world. It tends to just get softer over time.
Keep in mind that linen is also thermo regulating, meaning it adapts to your body’s temperature, it works to dissipate your body’s heat when you warm up. But also serves as a great insulator when you’re too cool.
Do sateen sheets make you hot?
It really depends. There are some sateen sheets that are exceptionally light and breathable. But it is true that a sateen weave tends to lay heavier on the body, be a little less breathable and a little more warming.
How can I keep my bed cool?
There are a lot of different things you can do. Get yourself some cooling sheets, but also invest in a cooling mattress, a cooling mattress topper, even a cooling pillow, or all of the above if you really want to make sure your sleep space is super cool.
